Saying goodbye..

As you all know by now Robbie & I are getting ready for our next big move with the Military. With that comes bitter sweet excitement & fear of the unknown & as always the sad goodbyes, the semi permanent goodbyes. We got our orders to report on November 1st & will be Florida bound in October. This reality didn't hit me very hard until our first good friends stationed here in Utah with us moved last week. Our close little group spent as much time together as we could with them before they took off to Texas. The five of us girls went out for one more girls night to PF Changs, which was delicious & oh so fun! I think our poor waiter heard all the "girl talk" he could handle!
The next weekend the Wyatts ( the family who moved) had all of us & our little families over for home made Cinnamon rolls they were SO yummy! & the company was so fun! That night we all went to the South Jordan days & took the kids on some rides it was so much fun.
Ashley's big finish! Trenton LOVED the slide.Robbie & I thought it would scare him...nope he laughed all the way down!Trenton & Aiden had a great time on the kid rides!

One of my favorites! I love these guys!

The next weekend was the Wyatts last weekend in town so we decide to all get together for a dinner at Bucca di pepos. it was a lot of fun, they put our group in a round room & let us have our fun. We took a few pictures at the end of dinner & we all got a little silly!
Misty & Brandon (the couple who moved.)
With all this fun going on it makes one realize that you shouldn't wait till the "end" to start doing things with your friends. Yes life gets busy & kids demand a lot of your time, but there is no reason to not spend time with those in your life who you can laugh & have a good time with.

Fortunately the Navy in itself is a small community & you will always cross paths with friends one way or another again.

Robbie & I have 13 weeks left to spend with family & friends...Like I said bitter sweet. In 13 weeks we will be setting up our new home & meeting new friends but we will also have said good bye to more friends & both our families...again. 'till then we are just going to spend as much time as we can with both!
I hope you enjoy the pictures!

Devotional Friday!

It's all about Character

Watch your thoughts;
they become your words.
Watch your words;
they become your actions.
Watch your actions;
they become your habits.
watch your habits;
they become your character.
watch your character;
it becomes your destiny.
